Services offered to members through the Meena Samaj App, and what is charged for each.

| Train tickets (IRCTC) | IRCTC fare, convenience charge, payment-gateway charge, travel insurance where opted, and agent service charge — itemised on the fare summary before payment. |
| Flight tickets | Airline fare and taxes plus service charge, shown before payment. |
| Mobile recharge & bill payments | The recharge or bill amount selected by the member. |
| Community, matrimony, health, education | Free to members. Paid consultations, where offered, show the fee before booking. |
How payment works
The member reviews the full amount in the app, pays via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking or wallets), and the booking is completed with the operator. If a booking cannot be completed after payment, the amount is refunded as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
