These Terms govern your use of the Meena Samaj App and this website, operated by GST & IT BUDDIES PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us"). By using our services you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking or payment. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for keeping your account secure. Membership of community features may require approval by the community administrators.
2. Our role in travel bookings
For bus, train and flight tickets we act as an authorised agent or intermediary between you and the operator (the bus operator, IRCTC/Indian Railways, or the airline). The contract of carriage is between you and that operator, and their rules on fares, baggage, boarding, cancellation and refunds apply.
3. Accurate passenger details
You must provide correct passenger names, ages and mobile numbers. For rail bookings, IRCTC requires the customer's own mobile number; an incorrect number can attract a penalty and loss of refund under IRCTC rules. We are not liable for a booking rejected or penalised because of details you supplied.
4. Pricing and payment
The amount payable is shown in full before you pay, including fees and taxes. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank credentials. A booking is confirmed only when the operator issues a ticket or PNR; until then the payment is held against that booking.
5. Failed bookings
If payment succeeds but the operator does not issue a ticket, the booking fails and the amount is refunded to the original payment method as set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform — no unlawful content, impersonation, harassment, scraping, or attempts to interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
7. Content posted by members
Members are responsible for what they post. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading or offensive, or that breaches another person's rights.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. We are not liable for delays, cancellations or service failures caused by the operator, or for events beyond our reasonable control.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; the current version is always published on this page.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
